Chris became a part of the Academic Affairs team in 1998.  She has two awesome children, Brandon 26, and Brittany, 24.  Her special interests include travel, music, shopping, movies, Peoria’s local social activities & events, but her all time favorite is spending time with her adopted Pit Bull Terrier, Chico.

Lyn joined the UICOMP staff in the summer of 2009.  Although born in the south, she was raised in the Peoria area.  She graduated with a B.S. in psychology in 2006 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (go Illini!).  After taking a year off for work and travel, Lyn spent two years in San Antonio, Texas studying pharmacology.  As far as future plans are concerned, Lyn will eventually return to school to receive a higher degree in clinical psychology or a related field, thus continuing her mission of being a lifelong professional student.  While in Peoria, Lyn is enjoying time with her family, friends, and orange tabby cat Payton (named after Walter).  In her free time, Lyn enjoys running, watching football (go Bears!), travelling, reading, good music, and going to concerts.
