Directions

From I-74 East Bound

  1. Take Exit #92B to IL-40S
  2. Continue on Fayette Street to Glendale Avenue
  3. Turn right on Glendale Avenue
  4. Glendale becomes Kumpf at Main Street
  5. Cross Main Street
  6. Turn right onto Illini Drive just after the Main Street and Kumpf intersection
  7. The visitors' parking lot is the first lot on the left.  The gate to the parking lot will rise as you approach it; $1.00 (in quarters) is required to exit the lot.  Parking tokens are available for purchase at the reception desk in the lobby.

From I-74 West Bound

  1. Take Exit #92A to IL-40S Spalding Avenue
  2. Turn left at Glen Oak Avenue and pass under I-74
  3. Turn left onto Fayette Street to Glendale Avenue
  4. Turn right on Glendale Avenue
  5. Glendale becomes Kumpf at Main Street
  6. Cross Main Street
  7. Turn right onto Illini Drive just after the Main Street and Kumpf intersection

From the Airport

Take Middle Road out of Airport parking.  Turn right on Everett M. Dirksen Parkway.  Turn left on Airport Road and continue to Harmon Highway (Rt 116).  Turn right on Harmon Highway to Dr. Martin Luther King Drive (7th Avenue).  Turn north (left) onto Western Avenue (next stop light).  Western Avenue becomes Main Street at a sharp turn.  Proceed eastbound on Main Street.  Main Street curves south (right) and descends a steep hill.  Turn right at the base of the hill onto William Kumpf Blvd (stop light).  Make an immediate right turn into the University of Illinois grounds.
